We provide residential and commercial roofing, storm restoration, siding, gutters, decks, additions, and related remodeling services in Kentucky and surrounding areas.
This notice is provided as a transparent description of our current practices. It is not legal advice. If our practices change, we will update this page.

Mailing address: [Street, City, KY ZIP]
2. Scope
This Notice applies to personal information collected through the Site, including our contact form and related emails we send or receive about your request. It does not cover third-party websites or social media platforms that link to or from the Site.
3. Personal information we collect
When you use our contact form, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone number (U.S.)
- Email address
- Type of need (e.g., free inspection, storm/hail damage, roof replacement)
- Details you choose to provide (which may include a property address, storm date, insurance notes, or other project information)
Our form includes a hidden honeypot field used only to detect automated spam. We do not use that field as business contact data.
When you visit the Site, our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) may automatically process technical information typical of web traffic, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, and request logs. These logs are used for security, reliability, and delivery of the Site.
Interactive tools on the Site (such as a ballpark cost estimator or Design Your Roof selections) keep preferences in your browser (for example, sessionStorage) until you choose to send a contact request. Those tools do not by themselves transmit your name, email, or phone to our servers.
4. How we use personal information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to inspection, estimate, and service requests
- Schedule and communicate about jobs, storm work, and follow-ups
- Send a confirmation email after you submit the contact form
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site (including spam and abuse prevention)
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not use Site contact data for third-party advertising or data brokering.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Site and serve customers, including with service providers (“processors”) that act on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, content delivery, the Pages Function that receives form submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the contact form). Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) to verify that a submission is from a human.
- Zoho Mail — email delivery for notifications to our team (info@pantherbuildsllc.com) and confirmation messages to you
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale of assets), subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for Cloudflare to deliver and secure the Site, including Turnstile on the contact form. We do not currently operate marketing analytics pixels or advertising cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Notice.
7. Retention
We keep contact and project-related information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage an ongoing customer relationship, and meet legal, insurance, warranty, or recordkeeping requirements. Lead inquiries that do not become jobs are retained for a reasonable business period and then deleted or archived when no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small contractor business, including transmission of form data over HTTPS and email delivery through reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and Kentucky consumers
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the Site, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for a completed project or insurance claim).
Kentucky’s Consumer Data Protection Act (KCDPA, KRS 367.3611–367.3629) applies to certain businesses that meet statutory volume or revenue thresholds. Many local contractors do not meet those thresholds. Regardless, we voluntarily honor reasonable requests related to Site contact data. If and when KCDPA applies to us, consumers in Kentucky may have additional rights under that law (such as rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable). We will update this Notice if our status under KCDPA changes.
To make a request, emailinfo@pantherbuildsllc.com or call(502) 609-3677. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Notice.
